Refund policy

If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept your items in their original condition within 30-days of receiving your order.

Please Note: Refunds/Returns are processed on the amount paid for the item only, we do not refund any shipping costs.

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges after the 30-day period has lapsed.

All Refunds/Returns must email hello@tempiactive.com.au requesting support from our Customer Service team within 30-days of purchase.

To be eligible for a replacement, exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

If you received free shipping on your original order and choose to return your order, the shipping cost already paid by Tempi Active® will be deducted from the total return value.

EXCHANGE

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or colour, once we receive your original purchase in new/unused condition we can dispatch your new item. Please notify us by email to advise us you wish to exchange your item and include a pre-paid self addressed satchel with your returned goods.


WRONG ITEM

Whoopsie! Sometimes we can accidentally put the wrong items into your parcel. It doesn’t happen often but it does happen. We’re sorry! Please contact us at hello@tempiactive.com.au to discuss the returns process before returning to us. We will happily cover all shipping costs if we made a whoopsie and make sure the correct stock is dispatched.


FAULTY ITEMS

We thoroughly check all items before they’re sent out to you but if, however, you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@tempiactive.com.au with photos and a description of the faults before returning to us for a refund or exchange. We will happily cover all shipping costs if an item is deemed faulty by Tempi Active®.
